• Proposal information - An API wrapper for accessing Ideascale data is not yet deployed and will need to be managed by IOG. Further work on the proposal information or project tracking proposals is blocked until this is resolved.

Completed

• Website performance - The performance was improved for the community list by removing the auth check happening in every endpoint request which was not needed for some endpoints not requiring authentication. This has now been deployed. The team behind the auth package we're using is working on performance improvements in the serverless environment so for now it will make sense to wait for this to be finished before investing much more time into this area. For now the performance will be sufficient for the short term.

• Community outreach - We've shared ideas on how to delegate out the work for resource information and will continue with community outreach to further explore what everyone else is working on and seeing how we may be able to integrate or help one another.
• Cardano education - With round 2 of the Plutus pioneer program starting this was an area that we were interested in being involved with. As we have some more time as we get feedback from the community and await more collaboration with IOG on some of our blockers George will be spending more time in learning and education surrounding Cardano.
